Welcome to the HPZ Affiliate Program. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as an HPZ affiliate, including tracking rules, commissions, payouts, restrictions, and other requirements. By registering and using this program, you agree to all terms below.

1. Definitions

• HPZ: The company or entity operating the HPZ online store.
• Affiliate / You: A user who registers for the affiliate program and shares affiliate links.
• Affiliate Link: A unique URL used to track referrals and attribute them to an affiliate account.
• Completed Transaction: An order that has been paid, shipped, received by the customer, and not canceled or returned within the claim period.

2. Eligibility & Registration

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal equivalent based on local regulations.
2. Affiliators are required to register using valid personal data and an active bank account for payouts.
3. HPZ reserves the right to reject any registration without providing a written explanation.

3. How It Works & Tracking

Affiliate Links are generated using the "Generate Affiliate Link" button on HPZ product pages or content pages. Every click will be recorded; if the referred user completes a purchase, the system will register the commission to the affiliator’s account.

• Tracking uses URL query parameters (e.g., AFF12345) and/or cookies/sessions in the user’s browser.
• Tracking may fail if users block cookies, clear cookies before checkout, use private browsing mode, or modify the link.
• HPZ is not responsible for untracked clicks resulting from end-user device or privacy settings.

4. Commission Amount & Calculation

The commission amount may be a fixed value per transaction or a percentage of the product value—depending on the applicable promotional policy. General terms:

• Commissions are calculated from transactions marked as Completed Transactions.
• Commissions do not apply to cancelled, returned, or refunded transactions.
• HPZ reserves the right to adjust the commission structure at any time with prior notice.

5. Payout

1. Minimum balance required for withdrawal: IDR 100.000.
2. Payouts will be transferred to the bank account registered by the affiliator.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe determined by HPZ (e.g., 7–14 working days), after verification.
4. Any bank transfer fees or taxes incurred are subject to applicable fiscal regulations and/or HPZ policies.

6. Obligations & Prohibitions

Affiliators are prohibited from engaging in the following actions (including but not limited to):

• Using fraudulent techniques to increase clicks or manipulate transactions (e.g., auto-clickers, bots, fake networks).
• Conducting mass spamming that violates platform policies (e.g., WhatsApp spam, SMS blasts that violate local regulations).
• Advertising products using copyrighted materials without permission, or misleadingly imitating the HPZ brand.
• Promoting affiliate links on illegal, pornographic, gambling, drug-related, or dangerous content.
• Altering, modifying, or hiding tracking parameters in the link.

Violations may result in account removal, commission cancellation, and/or legal action.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

HPZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliator’s account if any violation of these terms is found. In cases of serious violations, HPZ may freeze the balance while an investigation is conducted.

Affiliator personal data will be processed in accordance with the HPZ Privacy Policy. By joining, you agree to the data processing required for tracking, payments, and communications related to the affiliate program.

10. Limitation of Liability

HPZ is not liable for indirect loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from participation in this program, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through deliberation and mutual agreement. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled through legal channels in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia (or another jurisdiction designated by HPZ).
