Motorcycle Return Policy

All motorcycle returns are applicable at the time the customer first receives the motorcycle unit either at the HPZ location or delivered by the HPZ team to the customer's address. Customers are given time to re-check the motorcycle to ensure it is in good condition or if there is any damage to the motorcycle. The HPZ team will process the replacement of a new unit in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Product Return Policy

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@tdr-hpz.com to explain the reason for returning the product. Once approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
